Hoppla Hesten is a voluntary organization of bands, artists and others who conduct culture in Østfold. Hoppla Hesten works as a cultural collective and record label. The organization is basically a bunch of buddies, where everyone plays in each others bands, and help each other. The organization was founded in 2011 and has since been joined by a handful of bands. Hoppla Hesten has released a couple of records, and now want to show off what they are doing through a compilation with bands that are active on Hoppla Hesten (and some guests).
